Clearly inspired by the great Mediterranean culinary tradition, Restaurant Il Capricorno's menus are a celebration of authentic regional cooking, the roots of which are in time-honoured local recipes.
Fresh scialatielli pasta with creamy chick pea and prawn sauce, seafood paccheri, medallions of tuna with wild fennel and balsamic vinegar: these are just some of the delectable dishes guaranteed to delight the senses.
Then there are Il Capricorno's irresistible desserts, such as the pistachio scented chocolate mousse or (simply divine!) pear and ricotta tart, even more delicious when accompanied by a glass of one of the exceptional dessert wines or grappas housed in the restaurant's well-stocked wine cellar.
